Shipping Policy
We currently only accept orders from the continental United States. We will process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your orders. Orders paid for by 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day, and orders placed after 5:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid by customers upon arrival in the destination country. We encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to mapesout at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Parcel Lost In-transit
If your package is lost in transit, please send an email to contact@mapesout.com, please remember to include your order number and we will assist you in contacting the logistics company. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Order Takes Too Long to Ship
If you have not received your package 60 days after your order has been shipped, please email contact@mapesout.com, please remember to include your order number and we will arrange a reshipment or refund for you.
